Sage Hill Spotlight: Tom Smith

Professor Tom Smith is the founding director of the Center for Tropical Research, Institute of the Environment and Sustainability, and is a distinguished professor in the UCLA Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Professor Smith uses Sage Hill to teach a lab for his Ornithology course (EEBIO 114A). His efforts extended the use of Sage Hill for academic purposes, and he suggested an official trail for the site to make it more user-friendly.
