Hannah Gustafson is the Lead Data Analyst for the UCLA Energy Atlas, a powerful and robust building energy database she co-developed at the California Center for Sustainable Communities in the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. This database provides Californians the opportunity to interact with one of the largest sets of disaggregated building energy data in the nation. Hannah directs an Energy Atlas team that is dedicated to serve a wide variety of stakeholder groups and innovatively informs energy planning and climate research throughout Los Angeles County and several other regions within Southern California.
Hannah obtained her Master of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, where she focused on sustainable urban design and development. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree at UCLA in Geography and Environmental Studies with a minor in Geospatial Information Systems. Prior to joining CCSC, Hannah worked as a project manager and GIS analyst for an environmental consulting firm based in Santa Monica, CA.
