LA’s Water Resource Future Workshop Series
New research shows that reusing waste water comes with net health benefits.
On February 19, 2016, in support of UCLA’s Sustainable LA Grand Challenge, the Center for Climate Change Solutions co-hosted the first of a two-part workshop series investigating how more local stormwater can be harnessed to decrease the Los Angeles region’s dependence in imported water. The workshops are co-hosted by the Institute of the Environment and Sustainability and the Luskin Center for Innovation and co-organized by the UCLA Water Resources Group.
