Organizing Disadvantaged Communities for Success Conference

The conference will bring together State officials who are responsible for administering local grant programs for disadvantaged communities and will address energy, air quality, and water management issues. The program will be organized in the three topic areas, specifically designed to educate our elected officials and city managers, public works, community development and grant administration staff, businesses, and community groups.
