Daniel Swain Quoted in Technoea: SoCal is Expected to Dry Again After Thursday Rain

Daniel Swain, a climate researcher at UCLA, tweeted on Sunday that it doesn’t look like rainfall in January will be enough to offset the increasing seasonal rainfall deficit in Northern California to date.
