Prior to Anderson, Clara worked as a healthcare consultant for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy practice. She has a broad range of experience advising leadership teams on strategic planning, large-scale business transformation, and operational effectiveness efforts. Clara was also part of PwC’s Healthcare New Entrants and Innovators team, which focused on supporting non-traditional healthcare clients transform their business models as they looked to enter the healthcare space.
Throughout her career, Clara has taken advantage of opportunities to pursue social impact work. Since 2014, Clara has been an advisory board member for the Jonathan Jaques Children’s Cancer Center at Miller’s Children’s Hospital in Southern California, where she helps organize and implement fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives. In addition, during her time at PwC, Clara tutored elementary school students in Oakland on topics related to financial literacy.
This summer, Clara pursued an internship as an internal consultant for Kaiser Permanente’s Northern California Medical Group. On campus at UCLA, Clara is a member of the Healthcare Business Association’s board, where she owns the planning and execution of the annual Anderson Healthcare Conference. In her spare time, Clara loves to travel, play soccer, and test out new recipes on friends and family.
