Will is a graduate student in UCLA’s Environment and Sustainability PhD program. He is interested in the future of human intervention in climate change through emerging climate engineering technologies. His research focuses both on models of climate engineering outcomes and on the political framework for governing climate engineering research and eventual implementation and monitoring. Previously, Will has worked on designing a fleet of earth observation satellites for a remote sensing company, researched nuclear policy and non-proliferation technology and built detectors for an experimental cosmology telescope. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
