The goal of the project was to create a simple waste program for lab representatives of each lab category (biological, chemical, and engineering) that would emulate and expand campus-wide. The team worked to increase awareness and educate researchers on best management practices for recycling. The team surveyed the researchers and conducted waste audits to quantify the success of the recycling initiative.
