CDLS Unheard Voices Workshop: Diversity and Inclusion in the Environmental Movement
Learn about equity and justice in the environmental movement!
CDLS’s Inclusive Sustainability Collective is hosting a two-part workshop on diversity and inclusion in the environmental movement.
The first half of the day will be a training session on racial equity and infusing justice into the environmental movement. Open to all UCLA members.
The second half of the day will be a training on working within the community and will include community organizers from The Sacred Places Institute for Indigenous Peoples, River in Action, Tree People and LA Compost to network and collaborate with on projects. Reserved for UCLA sustainability and environmental group representatives.
Registration is free and open to the first 300 people to apply.
