Student Handbook

Our student handbook is a comprehensive, downloadable book to help you go from matriculation to graduation. It includes information about prep courses, major courses, the Senior Practicum, and all our minor/concentrations. In addition, we’ve included some advice about how to get into research, find internships, volunteer and study abroad opportunities; and getting involved on- and off-campus in environmental challenges.

Join undergraduate advising mailing list

Create an account and join IoES “undergraduate advising.” Includes important messages for undergraduate students on courses, events on and off campus, internship and job opportunities, research and lab opportunities, volunteering, campus clubs, alumni, study abroad, and more!

Note: If you’re already a Piazza user from one of your courses, you need only join the “class” to start getting messages. Piazza, allows you to tailor how often you receive email messages (we recommend the daily digest delivery), and keeps a complete, searchable archive of all messages that you can access on any device via the Piazza website.
