Join CDLS for a powerful hybrid gathering bringing together students, faculty, researchers, organizers, artists, and community leaders working at the intersection of science, environment, and justice.

The SEC Spring Symposium creates space for cross-sector collaboration, community-rooted research, and conversations that connect academic knowledge with lived experience and real-world impact.

This is an opportunity for funders and partners to:

  • Help strengthen pathways for the next generation of leaders
  • Connect directly with emerging scientific and community leaders
  • Learn about research and projects advancing environmental justice
  • Support collaborative, community-centered approaches to science

From climate resilience to public health and community advocacy, participants will share ideas, strategies, stories, and solutions grounded in collective care and action. We invite funders, institutional partners, and community supporters to attend, connect, and invest in this growing network.
