Second Year MBA Student

UCLA Anderson School of Management

Claudia is a San Francisco native with an extensive professional background in the social impact space. She began her career in education and supported numerous Bay Area non-profits on initiatives including youth and curriculum development, program management, and growth planning. Through the creation and implementation of deliberate, streamlined processes, Claudia was able to improve operational efficiencies that reduced employee turnover, shaped data collection and analysis strategies, and increased overall organizational impact.

In 2015, Claudia shifted her career into the healthcare space as a workforce specialist for Delta Dental. In her role, she managed a number of employee programs and supported company-wide goals such as talent development, change management, and program design.

While at Anderson, Claudia is focused on leveraging her past professional experiences to support organizations in developing operational strategies that balance high growth outcomes with proper employee management and engagement. This summer she joined Amazon as an Operations Manager in their Pathways Leadership Development Program.

Claudia also serves as VP of Partnerships for the Anderson Latino Management Association and VP of Career Development for Net Impact. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with DIY projects, FaceTime-ing with her six-year-old niece, and exploring cultural neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
