Linda L. Duttenhaver

Linda Duttenhaver is President of Crossroads Management Inc., a real estate development and property management firm based in Los Angeles. She manages an extensive portfolio of family-owned industrial, commercial and residential properties throughout the L.A. area. Her offices are located in Hollywood’s Crossroads of the World, a historic landmark owned by the family since 1977.

As a Los Angeles native, Linda is devoted to the City and has established charitable endeavors such as the L.A. Library’s “Student Smart” program, the L.A. Zoo’s “Duttenhaver Field Study Program,” and UCLA’s “Duttenhaver Scholars” scholarship program for international study. She is also a major supporter of Los Angeles Ballet.

Prior to joining Crossroads Management in 2004, Linda spent twenty-five years in high-technology public relations at Los Angeles-based software companies and PR agencies. She began her career at the dawn of the PC era and played an important role in its development, working at market-leading companies such as Ashton-Tate (dBase) and Davidson & Associates (Math Blaster). Her accomplishments included placing cover and lead stories in major publications, launching dozens of software products, setting media strategies and managing crisis communications.

Linda holds a Masters degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management (also known as Thunderbird), and a Bachelors degree in French from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
