Maggie is beginning the D. Env. program this year. In June 2018, she received her MPH in Environmental Health Sciences with a certificate in Leaders in Sustainability from UCLA. In 2015, she received her B.S. in Environmental Toxicology and minor in Human Physiology from the University of California, Davis. Currently, Maggie is an Assistant Air Quality Specialist at the South Coast Air Quality Management District, where she works on health effects and air quality evaluation. Her academic and professional interests include adverse health effects of air pollution, specifically near-roadway exposure on human health, and health effects of cumulative environmental pollution exposures. Outside of UCLA, Margaret enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sports, hiking, cooking, and most of all, exploring all the amazing food that Southern California has to offer.
