Alexandria Jackson is film producer and director with a deep commitment to philanthropy. Her photography and documentary work have taken her across the world, including developing and high conflict regions in Africa, the Americas and the Middle East.

Since 2007, Alex has also managed Apogee Electronics’ extensive philanthropic activity as Director of Corporate Responsibility and worked with local Santa Monica radio station KCRW to coordinate The Apogee Sessions, a live concert series recorded at Apogee’s recording studio space. Through these events, Alex has worked with artists such as Death Cab for Cutie, MGMT, Beck and John Legend. Alex’s passions are deeply rooted in music, film and technology which have inspired her mission to shape future generations’ impact on creative culture.

Alex has worked closely with CARE International, serves on the board of The Corazon de Vida Foundation as well as UCLA’s Institute of Environment and Sustainability. Alex holds a Bachelors in Political Science from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Film from The University of Southern California.
